It's an event that only takes place at the Korean Mall.
It does not apply to overseas malls. (Because the shipping system is different.)

So in the membership benefit section, it says if I spend over 50,000 won, I would get free shipping. However, when I go through to the checkout, it still doesn't apply. So I would have to end up paying like $20 in shipping costs. So what's the point of being a member then?
