I’m surprised you don’t believe me. As a customer I will be not wearing a defective product. Please trust your customer if there is a defect. A camera vs in person is completely different.
When I wore it it did not look straight or even. There is a flaw on the bottom of the chain.
It is a faulty product that needs to be replaced.
I have emailed to the specified email. If you do not receive it please check spam. If you need more photos I will provide them if really necessary. Seeing in person you can see the defect rather than photo. The photo is taken my phone. I do not own a professional camera.

Hello I received a defective item.
The chain on the Auora Wave Earring is uneven and has imperfections. When wearing the earring the chain looks uneven and can't fix it :(
I tried using a detangler stick for the chain but it did not work. It is because of how the chain was made.
