I made a order [20200725-0000117] on July 25th, which is the same day I send cancel request for 3 items for the previous order.
You said you already prepared for shipment for the previous order and it couldn't be cancelled.
However, you send these 2 orders in the SAME package!!!
If what you said is true, how can you send these 2 orders in the SAME package?
This illustrates what you said is completely nonsense and you're lying about your mistake, neglecting my cancel request, sending out those cancel items, and changing my cancel request to prepare shipment without ASKING ME.
You'd better provide a good solution for your huge mistake!!!
